Each concept was designed around a singular core idea, One Single Thing (OST). The campaigns needed to be simple, memorable, and deeply connected to the product's purpose and the company’s foundational mission.

Audience and Strategy

TraceLink's audience primarily consists of stakeholders involved in pharmaceutical supply chains and related industries. They face the key challenges of managing complex global supply chains and delivering medications securely and on time to patients.

These campaigns needed to address the audience's specific needs and challenges while ultimately highlighting what matters most, the patients at the end of the supply chain.

This concept humanized and spotlighted the individuals behind the pharmaceutical supply chain, the dedicated workers ensuring life-saving medications are delivered on time. By fostering an emotional connection with an aspirational focus, the emphasis shifts from the technology itself to the impactful outcomes it enables.

The other two concepts centered on distinct approaches: one emphasized inspiration with the tagline "Healthy supply chains for a healthier world," while the other took a more pragmatic direction, clearly articulating the platform's purpose—bringing all partners in the supply chain together.
